Our charges
Early repayment charges
You can pay off your mortgage early whenever you want, but you will have to pay an early repayment charge if you repay all or part of your mortgage within a specified period. Additional interest will be payable in the event of early redemption of the mortgage. Yes. Owner stays are acceptable up to a maximum of 90 days per annum.
Yes. We’ll instruct experienced valuers to provide a detailed report on the property; they’ll be able to indicate what the holiday rental value of the property is.
